Transport Scotland, an agency of the Scottish Government, is committed to tackling congestion and delivering a safe and reliable transport system that meets the needs of business and transport users whilst minimising impacts on the environment.
This website provides the latest information on three schemes currently being promoted by Transport Scotland, within the central Scotland Motorway network, namely:
- M8 Baillieston to Newhouse;
- M74 Junction 5, Raith; and
- M8/M73/M74 Network Improvements.
